• All appointments are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. 

• A credit/debit card is required on file to reserve an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Please cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, to avoid forfeiting the booking fee that goes toward the final balance.  (if you are more than 15 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled).

​

• If you contact the studio to cancel/reschedule, please make sure you get a response back. Any notices made within the 48 hours window is subject to forfeiting the booking fee.

​

• Appointment adjustments can be made in the email notification sent out to you after booking.

​

• In booking with refined LASH BROW STUDIO, you agreed to our fees and polices.
