BOOKING POLICY

• All appointments are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
• A credit/debit card is required on file to reserve an appointment.

• CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise there will be a charge of
*30% OF THE SERVICE PRICE FOR LATE CANCELLATION
*50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE FOR NO-SHOW/MISSED APPOINTMENT
(if you are more than 15 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled).

• If the card is invalid or not on file, the cancellation fee will be charged to your client account and will need to be paid prior to rebooking any future appointments.
