CONSULTATION

Consultation is free of charge and is typically 30 minutes.

BOOKING (Not accepting walk-ins at the moment.)

APPOINTMENTS ARE ALL FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. You are strongly encouraged to book in advance as same day appointment is rarely possible. A credit/debit card is required on file to reserve an appointment. The card will only be charged if you missed your appointment per the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At least 4 appointment reminders are sent out through emails and text messages post booking. Please cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment in a timely manner, otherwise there will be a charge of

       *30% OF THE SERVICE PRICE FOR LATE CANCELLATION

       *50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE FOR NO-SHOW/MISSED APPOINTMENT 

                          (if you are more than 15 minutes late, appointment will be cancelled).

• If the card is invalid or not on file, the fee will be charged to your client account and will need to be paid prior to rebooking any future appointments.

​

• If you purchased a Groupon voucher, the voucher will be redeemed on the day of your appointment and the late fee(s) will need to be paid before any future appointment(s) will be accepted.

​

• Cancellation/reschedule can be made in the appointment notifications sent out to you via email. If you contact the studio to cancel/reschedule, please make make sure you get a response back. Any notice received within the 48 hours to your appointed time will be charged per booking policy.

• In booking with refined LASH BROW STUDIO, LLC, you agreed to our fees and policies.

​GROUPON CUSTOMERS

We ask that Groupon vouchers are limited to "new clients' only or purchase the service directly from us. We will price match and honor the same promo price as long as the deal is active. If you have purchased multiple or additional vouchers, we ask that you get a refund from Groupon because we will not accept it from returning customers, or gift it to someone who hasn't been with us before. We greatly appreciate your understanding to help us continue to provide you with great and affordable services.

PERMANENT MAKEUP CLIENTS

• CLIENTS WITH EXISTING TATTOO(S): 

  • If you have a pre-existing tattoo from elsewhere, a consultation is required.

  • All new clients with existing tattoos from elsewhere seeking a touch-up will be charged the initial price.

• WHY DO I NEED TO BRING AN ID TO MY APPOINTMENT?​ ​​ Under the MINNESOTA Statutes Chapter 146B. Body Art 146B.07, a copy of proof of age is required from clients who state they are 18 years of age or older before performing any body art procedure. Proof of age must be established by one of the following methods:

  1. a valid driver's license or identification card issued by the state of Minnesota or another state that includes a photograph and date of birth of the individual;

  2. a valid military identification card issued by the United States Department of Defense;

  3. a valid passport;

  4. a resident alien card; or

  5. a tribal identification card.

eGift card/Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be return for a cash refund. eGift card/Voucher must be presented at the time of service. refined Lash Brow Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen card/voucher.

REFUND/EXCHANGE

Due to the sensitivity of the services and products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Damaged unopened/unused products may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days. You are advised to do your research, ask questions and feel confident in your decision before making a purchase.​

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. All major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and cash are accepted.
